Qualifications

• Have current North Dakota CMA license.
• Be committed to customer satisfaction.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Demonstrate care for elderly residents in a geriatric environment.
• Provide emotional support using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care.
