Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents in a geriatric setting.
• Follows Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care and maintains confidentiality.
• Commitment to Touchmark’s values and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain composure with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
