Touchmark at Harwood Groves in Fargo, ND is seeking a Certified Med Aide for full-time overnights to enrich residents' lives with dignity and care in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods.

The ideal candidate will hold a current North Dakota CMA license, commit to 100% customer satisfaction, and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification while upholding Touchmark's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity and compassion. Benefits included.

Qualifications

Touchmark at Harwood Groves is looking for a Certified Med Aide! You will enrich lives every day by providing residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods with the highest level of dignity and care. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Have current North Dakota CMA license.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.
