Touchmark at Harwood Groves in Fargo, ND is seeking a Certified Med Aide for overnight, full-time work. You will enrich residents in assisted living and memory care with dignity, compassion, and attentive care.

The role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and teamwork to support elderly residents and their families. Ideal candidates are trustworthy, compassionate, and committed to Touchmark’s values, with a current North Dakota CMA license and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

Touchmark at Harwood Groves is looking for a Certified Med Aide! You will enrich lives every day by providing residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods with the highest level of dignity and care. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Have current North Dakota CMA license.
• Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.
