Job summary

Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living are seeking a Caregiver to support residents in daily activities and care plans. The role reports to the Clinical Services Director and is a non-exempt, hourly position.

Shifts include FT 11p-7a and PT positions across all shifts. The salary ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a strong emphasis on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• CNA or DHS certification and HS diploma.
• Experience with elderly population preferred; dementia experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow care plans and document services accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding per care plans.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, groomed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during the shift.
• Report changes in resident condition immediately to supervisor.
