Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join the team at Brandywine Senior Living. The role reports to the Clinical Services Director and is an hourly, non-exempt position with a 3pm–11pm shift.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, following care plans, and documenting all services. CNA or DHS certification and a HS diploma are required; dementia experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant and/or DHS certification plus High School Diploma.
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document services provided during your shift.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to your supervisor immediately.
