Job summary

Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living are seeking a part-time caregiver to assist residents according to their care plans. The role is non-exempt, hourly, and reports to the Health & Wellness Director.

Per-diem options are available, with a pay range of $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. Responsibilities include personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and activities, while maintaining safety, dignity, and confidentiality for residents.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care to residents that include bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in their care plan.
• Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensures all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts.
• Document all services provided to your assigned residents during your shift.
• Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisor.
