Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Caregiver to join Brandywine Senior Living in Kennett Square. The role is full-time, non-exempt, hourly, and reports to the Clinical Services Director. The shift is 3pm to 11pm with a pay range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, following each resident’s care plan, while preserving dignity, safety, and confidentiality throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or DHS certification and a High School Diploma.
• Experience with elderly residents; dementia care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per care plan, including bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, safe and fed during shifts.
• Document services and report changes in condition to supervisor.
