Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Asleep Overnight Counselor in Massachusetts. You work with the Awake Overnight Counselor to support overnight and morning routines, respond to emergencies, and help implement program needs. The role involves potential differential hourly rates for certain positions.

This is a fulltime, on-site position offering comprehensive benefits and an anti-racist, trauma-informed workplace focused on growth, inclusion, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the development and achievement of program goals and objectives.
• Implement prescribed medication and health-related protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service, support, and behavior plans.
• Complete assigned overnight and morning responsibilities, including ensuring all required checklists and documentation are completed by the end of the shift.
