Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to guide and support individuals through overnight hours, helping with morning routines and daily living activities in a safe environment. This role emphasizes advocacy, community inclusion, and trauma-informed care to promote independence and well-being.

You will contribute to health and safety procedures, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support individuals in achieving personal goals within Central Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability and openness to new opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Use crisis intervention techniques and follow agency procedures to respond during emergencies.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per policy and regulations.
• Assist individuals with transportation and travel coordination when needed.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
