Job summary

Son's Island Getaways is seeking an Overnight Campground Attendant to help maintain a safe, quiet, and guest-ready park after hours. This seasonal position offers full-time or part-time hours and reports to the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager(s).

The role focuses on overnight rounds, basic guest assistance, and light cleaning to ensure a welcoming experience for families across our park areas in Texas.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled overnight rounds of lodging areas, tent sites, common areas, parking, and waterfront access points.
• Assist guests with basic needs after hours and escalate concerns to the on-call manager when needed.
• Deliver firewood or supplies to guests as assigned.
• Monitor and enforce quiet hours and address noise complaints for a family-friendly environment.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly; support emergency procedures as needed.
• Perform overnight cleaning and park readiness tasks (trash pickup, pavilion/tidy spaces, prep golf carts).
