Pinkbox Doughnuts in Sandy, UT seeks a hands-on overnight Production Manager to lead BOH, ensure quality, recipe adherence, and cost control while maintaining a safe, sanitary operation.

You will supervise 15+ staff, manage inventory and pars, schedule labor within budget, and partner with GM to open on time. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), ServSafe certified, and able to work 10–11 hour nights.

Qualifications

• Overnight bakery/kitchen leadership experience.
• Supervised teams of 15+ staff.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• ServSafe certification active.
• Valid Food Handler card required.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight BOH production and execute nightly production plans.
• Adjust production pars and ensure opening showtime readiness.
• Enforce recipe adherence and batch standards.
• Conduct quality control checks across all production stages.
• Place orders, manage receiving, and conduct weekly inventory.
• Control waste, food cost, and labor scheduling within budget.
• Validate daily equipment cleaning and weekly BOH deep cleans.
• Coach, train, and supervise BOH staff productivity.
• Troubleshoot production, equipment, and staffing issues.
• Report nightly production results and issues to GM.
