Job summary

Tiny Boxwoods Productions is seeking an experienced Overnight Bakery Manager to lead overnight bakery operations, supervise staff, and ensure the highest quality standards for our restaurants and catering operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing breads and pastries production, training team members, managing inventory, and ensuring food safety compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education preferred.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Minimum of 3 years bakery/food production experience.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership in bakery, food production, hospitality, or restaurant settings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related systems.
• Flexible overnight, weekend, holiday, and extended shifts as needed.
• Experience with Restaurant365 and Toast preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight bakery production teams to meet daily goals.
• Oversee production and presentation of breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Train, onboard, and develop staff to ensure consistent standards.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and production records.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety policies.
