Job summary

Bento is seeking a Bilingual Overnight Food Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor for the Chicago Food Factory. The role leads a maintenance team in a fast-paced, GMP-driven food processing environment, ensuring equipment reliability and safety during night shifts.

Requirements include 5+ years in industrial maintenance with 2+ years in supervision, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, CMMS proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient in CMMS and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for the team, ensuring productivity and minimal downtime.
• Oversee preventive maintenance tasks and ensure work is completed safely and correctly.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and structural issues with machinery and facility systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to support troubleshooting and installations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and company policies.
