Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room changes.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain knowledge of property layout, room locations, outlets, and hotel services.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements including taxis and valet services.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complete them efficiently.
• Deliver items to rooms in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and bell desk areas.
