Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, and carry heavy luggage and equipment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
• Must possess a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room changes.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain knowledge of property layout, locations, and amenities.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements, including taxis and valet.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and fulfill them efficiently.
• Deliver packages, messages, and guest items to rooms on time.
• Maintain lobby and bell desk cleanliness and organization.
• Tag, store, and retrieve guest luggage properly.
• Communicate with Front Office, Concierge, Valet, and Housekeeping to ensure service excellence.
• Follow safety, security, and confidentiality procedures.
• Maintain Forbes Five-Star grooming standards.
• Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
