Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Bucks County is hiring Overnight Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support residential operations and client care. You will supervise daily activities, assist with intake, and help maintain a calm, recovery-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver7s license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale to maintain a positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and staff compliance with all rules and procedures.
