Responsibilities

• Overnight supervision, support, safety monitoring, and accountability for guests receiving treatment.
• Per diem, on-call position providing coverage based on staffing and needs, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment while ensuring compliance with facility policies.
• Monitor guest safety and conduct scheduled 15-minute and 30-minute safety rounds.
• Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote a recovery-focused environment.
