Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is seeking Overnight Shift Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to manage daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, transportation, and medications. You will train and support the BHT team, escalate crises to the Lead BHT, and maintain a warm, recovery-focused environment for clients.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and at least one year of sobriety if in recovery, plus

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale to maintain a warm, positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
