Ahg Master seeks an Overnight Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) On-Call to provide overnight supervision, support, and safety monitoring for guests in treatment. This per diem role covers overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed, ensuring a secure and recovery-focused environment.

You will collaborate with the treatment team to maintain guest safety, conduct 15- and 30-minute rounds, and uphold facility policies. Per diem on-call availability is essential for staffing needs.

The Overnight BHT plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment while ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures. This position works closely with the treatment team to support guest needs, monitor guest safety, and respond to situations that arise during overnight hours. The Overnight BHT is responsible for maintaining awareness of guest locations, conducting scheduled 15-minute and 30-minute safety rounds as required, and ensuring the safety and security of all guests throughout the shift. Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Overnight BHT helps promote a structured, supportive, and recovery-focused environment.
