Qualifications

• High school diploma orGED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior Behavioral Health Technician, caregiver, or residential treatment experience preferred.
• Experience with adults diagnosed with SMI preferred.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled resident safety and wellness checks during the night.
• Monitor the facility to ensure a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment.
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident behavior or condition.
• Complete accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Provide support to residents while promoting dignity, independence, and recovery.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations.
• Ensure compliance with ADHS regulations, agency policies, and BHRF standards.
• Perform overnight quality assurance activities to maintain an inspection-ready facility.
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and notify leadership of replenishment needs.
• Perform housekeeping duties (bathrooms, kitchen, floors, laundry, organizing).
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns before the end of the shift.
• Ensure the home is clean, organized, and ready for residents, visitors, and inspections.
