Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician for overnight shifts. You will supervise residential operations, support clients, and train the BHT team to maintain a compassionate, structured recovery environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale to maintain a positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all rules, policies and procedures.
