Job summary

Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for PRN overnight shifts 7:00pm–7:30am. You will join a treatment team delivering continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to adults receiving addiction treatment.

Under supervision of the Senior Lead Technician, ADON, and DON, you will support daily activities, safety, and therapeutic engagement. Prioritize compassionate care in a high‑demand setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age to be a BHT.
• Preferred one year of experience in psychiatric/behavioral health inpatient settings.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• BLS & First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Verbal De-Escalation Training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to patients.
• Work under the direction of the Senior Lead Technician, ADON and DON.
