Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Bucks County, PA is hiring Overnight Behavioral Health Technicians to support daily residential operations, supervise activities, manage transportation and medication logistics, and maintain a safe, recovery-focused environment.

You will train and guide the BHT team, escalate crises to the Lead BHT, supervise client engagement, and ensure compliance with all policies. A supportive benefits package accompanies this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
