Zusammenfassung

Avenues Recovery Center in Lake Ariel is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, and medications. You will train the BHT team and escalate crises to the Lead BHT while maintaining a warm, recovery-focused environment.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, one year in the recovery field, a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and a genuine commitment to sober living.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of experience in recovery field.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Aufgaben

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
