Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) supervisor to lead daily residential operations, support the BHT team, and maintain a warm, compliant recovery environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, and medications while mentoring staff and escalating concerns to the Lead BHT. Strong leadership and empathic communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED preferred as minimum education.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• Empathetic, warm personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Reliability and professional conduct in a recovery environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead BHT.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all rules and policies.
