Job summary

Bridor USA is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Vineland, NJ bakery plant on a full-time overnight schedule. You will lead about 15 hourly associates, coach the team, and drive safety, quality, and productivity on the line.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, quick problem solving, and collaboration with Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation, and HR to meet production goals. A background in food manufacturing and a minimum high school diploma are required, with overnight availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years in production supervisory roles.
• Experience leading hourly production staff.
• Strong coaching, communication, and accountability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production operation with safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ~15 hourly production associates on overnight shift.
• Drive daily production to meet safety, quality, service, and productivity goals.
• Maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation, Warehouse, HR, and other plant teams.
