Job summary

Bridor USA is seeking experienced Production Machine Operators for overnight shifts at our Vineland, NJ facility. You will safely set up and operate production equipment, perform start-ups and adjustments, and ensure quality throughout the manufacturing process.

The role requires prior hands-on experience in a bakery or food-manufacturing environment, with strong safety and documentation practices. Overnight schedules, long shifts, and potential cross-shift coverage are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to set up, adjust, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Proficient with production software and entering information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, calibrate, and operate production machinery.
• Perform equipment start-ups, adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
