Job summary

Bridor is seeking a Packaging Team Lead to supervise high-volume bread-packaging operations at the Vineland plant. This hands-on leadership role coordinates start-ups, equipment setup, and daily production to meet safety and quality standards.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2–5 years manufacturing experience, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and willingness to work three 12-hour shifts on a fixed day or night schedule (e.g., Thu-Sat or Tue-Thu).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years manufacturing or factory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate packaging-line start-ups and daily production activities.
• Set up and adjust packaging equipment before production begins.
• Keep lines operating efficiently, minimizing downtime and waste.
• Monitor Critical Control Points and enforce food-safety and quality procedures.
• Train new employees and ensure adequate staffing.
• Complete daily production reports and maintain documentation.
