Job summary

The Key Program, Inc. seeks an Overnight Awake Shift Worker for a residential program in Methuen, MA serving adolescent girls. The role includes supervision, engagement and advocacy with youth, along with MAP medication administration and safety checks. Training in FA/CPR/AED, MAP, and CPI is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state driver’s license and legally registered and insured car for work use.
• Commitment to participate in required trainings and certifications in FA/CPR/AED, MA MAP and CPI Crisis Intervention.
• Must remain awake and alert during the overnight hours 11pm to 8am.

Responsibilities

• Work with Overnight Awake Shift Team to provide direct supervision and engagement of youth.
• Perform medication administration and medical advocacy upon MAP certification.
• Complete safety and security checks throughout the residential program.
• Prepare well balanced breakfast and assist youth with morning routines.
