Job summary

Starlite Yellowstone, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in West Yellowstone, MT is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations, reconcile revenues, and ensure accuracy of daily financial transactions.

You will serve as the primary overnight representative of hotel management, handle guest needs, monitor security, and ensure a smooth transition between business days while upholding Hilton standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Previous hotel front desk, night audit, accounting, or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to financial detail.
• Ability to reconcile transactions and maintain financial records.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile revenue accurately.
• Review guest folios, charges, and postings for accuracy.
• Prepare daily financial reports and audit documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation of refunds and guest adjustments.
• Provide overnight guest service including check-ins and requests.
