Job summary

Starlite Yellowstone, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations, perform revenue reconciliation, and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. The role serves as the overnight representative of hotel management, handling guest needs and ensuring security.

Ideal candidates will have experience in front desk, night audit, or cash handling, with strong numerical skills and a commitment to Hilton brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to financial detail.
• Ability to accurately reconcile transactions and maintain financial records.
• Experience with hotel front desk, night audit, accounting, or cash-handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily night audit procedures and reconcile hotel revenue and transactions.
• Review guest folios, room charges, taxes, and postings for accuracy.
• Reconcile credit card transactions and cash payments.
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate when needed.
• Prepare daily financial reports and audit documentation.
• Provide exceptional overnight guest service including check-ins and check-outs.
