Job summary

Highgate Hotels is hiring a Night Auditor for Renaissance Las Vegas. The role reconciles cashier transactions, reviews reports, and ensures accurate guest billing and city ledger activity. It also supports check-in/check-out, reservations, and switchboard tasks to sustain smooth hotel operations.

The position requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and willingness to work late/overnight shifts while maintaining a friendly, service-oriented demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Late/Overnight shift.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and manage financial data.
• Review, organize, and compile management reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate concerns to management and perform guest service agent duties as required.
• Check-in and check-out guests, handle reservations, and assist with switchboard tasks.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports per hotel standards.
