General Hotels Corporation is seeking a Full-Time Night Auditor for TownePlace Suites Fort Myers Gulf Coast in Fort Myers, FL. You will balance nightly revenue, assist guests, and support hotel operations during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities include preparing and transmitting nightly accounting reports, auditing various revenue streams, and acting as the hotel system liaison while handling reservations and guest calls.

Formación

• Customer service experience required.
• Hotel or similar experience preferred.
• Must read and speak English.
• Willing to work overnight shifts full-time.
• Must be available Monday and Tuesday nights.

Responsabilidades

• Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and supporting documentation.
• Audit and balance room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts.
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with guest requests as needed.
• Serve as the hotel system liaison during overnight hours.
• Assist with booking reservations and answering hotel phone calls.
• Help create a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for guests overnight.
