Job summary

Naples Hotel Group is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to balance front desk duties with back-office accounting overnight. The role ensures guest satisfaction while reconciling daily transactions and preparing accurate reports for the next business day.

You will greet guests, verify reservations, and provide local recommendations, all while maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to safety procedures. This position supports hotel operations during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins/outs, verify reservations, assign rooms, review payments.
• Create/modify/confirm reservations as needed.
• Answer calls courteously and respond to inquiries.
• Set wake-up calls and maintain front desk area.
• Reconcile daily transactions for hotel cashiers.
• Review management reports and verify guest folios and city ledger activity.
• Follow end-of-day procedures and submit on time.
• Respond to guest concerns and log issues for resolution.
• Provide local dining/shopping information to guests.
• Log details in shift pass-on log for next team.
• Submit maintenance requests via digital work order system.
• Coordinate with departments to meet guest needs.
• Assist with breakfast setup and other overnight tasks.
• Maintain key control and guest confidentiality.
