This overnight role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a guest-focused attitude to maintain smooth front desk operations and support PBX, housekeeping, and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong math skills and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits, balance transactions, and reconcile cashier reports.
• Run reports and post charges using PMS and POS systems.
• Manage late-night check-ins/outs and guest inquiries.
• Provide prompt, professional guest service and resolve issues.
• Support front desk and PBX operations; prepare daily reports.
