Job summary

LUMINARY HOTEL & CO in Fort Myers is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight shift closing, balance all revenues, and provide exceptional guest service. You will serve as the main contact for guests during the night, ensure accurate cash handling, and support front desk and accounting processes to maintain nightly reports.

The role requires a high school diploma or higher and hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Comfort with using technology (tablets, iPads) for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Audit shift closing for front office staff and complete shift audit summaries.
• Produce accurate, timely reports and handle cash transactions.
• Provide relief support to hotel PBX operator during night shift.
• Balance and post daily revenues and reconcile cashier reports with hotel systems.
• Transmit credit card batches and finalize daily management and accounting reports.
• Provide warm, friendly hospitality and assist guests with reservations and messages as needed.
