Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and review management reports.
• Communicate concerns to management.
• Perform guest services duties including check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare daily and month-end reports.
• Audit, reconcile and transmit all credit cards timely.
• Input and update financial data into corporate systems.
• Maintain overall guest satisfaction and respond to inquiries.
