The Night Auditor will support check‑in/out, handle reservations, and maintain high standards of guest service while contributing to the hotel’s financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Guest Service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and review reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily operating reports and month‑end reports.
• Assist with check‑in, check‑out, switchboard and reservations as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
• Provide outstanding guest service and respond to guest requests as required.
