Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly and professionally.
• Routinely inspect interior and exterior areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Perform housekeeping tasks in public spaces and guest areas.
• Assist with arrivals, departures, bell/valet tasks as needed.
• Operate and support front desk and phone communications.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of guest information.
• Complete daily checklists and report deficiencies.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Follow safety and security policies and procedures.
