Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor at Residence Inn San Jose. You will reconcile cashier transactions, compile management reports, and ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.

You’ll communicate issues up to management and may assist with guest services like check-in, reservations, and switchboard operations. The role requires the ability to work overnight, handle financial data, and coordinate with hotel departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and review daily management reports.
• Perform check-in, check-out, and reservations duties as required.
• Audit and reconcile front desk and related cash handling; prepare and distribute daily/monthly reports.
