Sonesta San Jose- Milpitas in Milpitas, CA is seeking a dependable Night Auditor for part-time overnight coverage. You will welcome late-arriving guests, balance accounts, and ensure accurate financial reporting for the night shift.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and familiarity with PMS/POS systems. Join a hospitality team focused on guest experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Desk or Night Audit preferred.
• Experience with PMS and POS systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cash handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional overnight Front Desk service including check-in/check-out and guest assistance.
• Complete nightly audit procedures: balance accounts, reconcile transactions, and prepare reports.
• Monitor overnight activity and respond promptly to guest requests and operational needs.
• Process guest payments, billing adjustments, and PMS transactions accurately.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational, accounting, and occupancy reports for hotel leadership.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and leadership for smooth overnight operations.
