Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins/reservations.
• Balance cash drawers, finalize daily transactions, and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Conduct regular security checks to maintain guest safety and property security.
• Produce Daily Flash Report and other nightly management reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during night hours.
• Utilize Windows tools, spreadsheets, and word processing to resolve issues and maintain records.
