Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Reconcile daily revenue, expenses, and other financial transactions using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Prepare and distribute reports for management review
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent guest relations
• Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations during overnight hours
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises and ensuring guest safety throughout the night shift
• Perform administrative tasks such as phone etiquette, data entry, and updating guest records
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests
• Uphold hospitality standards by delivering exceptional guest services in a multilingual or bilingual capacity if applicable

Qualifications
