Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for the Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Pueblo in Pueblo, CO. The role covers the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM), handling check-ins, balancing accounts, and generating nightly reports to support hotel operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1 year in hospitality, and comfort with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Join a team that values accuracy, guest service, and collaboration in a busy overnight environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins/reservations.
• Balance cash drawers, finalize daily transactions, and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Conduct regular security checks to maintain guest safety and property security.
• Produce Daily Flash Report and other nightly management reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during night hours.
• Utilize Windows tools, spreadsheets, and word processing to resolve issues and maintain records.

Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You’re the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch—even in the wee hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you’re fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs—and you’ve got a knack for solving problems solo—you’ll fit right in.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
