Job summary

Bridge Point in Aurora, Colorado is seeking an experienced Night Auditor for a local assignment through the end of October. The ideal candidate will bring strong hotel front desk and night audit experience and can work independently with minimal training.

Responsibilities include overnight front desk operations, daily audits, guest check-ins and check-outs, and reconciliation of transactions. PEP PMS experience is required, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Previous hotel Night Auditor experience required.
• PEP PMS experience required.
• Strong front desk and night audit procedures.
• Experience with daily reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently overnight.

• Availability through the end of October.

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight front desk and night audit operations.
• Complete daily/nightly audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and account adjustments.
• Reconcile daily hotel transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and balance guest accounts and room charges.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for hotel leadership.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally during overnight hours.
• Monitor hotel activity and maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Communicate overnight issues and updates to hotel leadership.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel policies and procedures.
