Job summary

Fairfield Inn and Suites Austin Northwest/The Domain Area is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations, perform daily revenue audits, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction during the night shift.

You will handle audit reports, secure premises, process mail, and communicate clearly with management. A positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work varied evenings/nights are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, franchise or related field preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Effective listening, conflict resolution, and clear communication.
• Desire to serve guests with hospitality and guest service.
• Must be 18 years or older to perform this job.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Arrive on time and clock in; do not work off the clock.
• Provide notice when calling out as directed by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight audit management and ensure reports are completed and sent on time.
• Maintain overnight security measures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Receive and note incoming mail as required per the daily shift checklist.
