The position also supports front desk activities, resolves guest inquiries overnight, and ensures safety procedures are followed. Availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of guest service experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Prior experience in accounting or audit-related roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and hotel management systems.
• Alcohol awareness certification required.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily transactions and verify accuracy of financial reports and audit postings.
• Monitor night operations for policy compliance, security, and guest service.
• Reconcile cash drawers, credit card transactions, and department reports.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and late-night issues promptly.
• Prepare and distribute daily management and accounting reports.
• Assist front desk with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed overnight.
