Job summary

The Courtyards at Claremore is seeking an Advanced Certified Medication Aide (ACMA) to join our Nursing team on the overnight shift. You will administer and supervise medications per physician orders, document outcomes, and support residents with daily living activities in a caring, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• ACMA certification required.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care environment preferred.
• Ability to document and monitor medications and patient status.

Responsibilities

• Administer, assist and supervise the administration of medications according to physician orders.
• Document medications administered, along with effectiveness and any side effects.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Observe and report changes in resident's physical condition and cognitive/emotional status.
