You will support residents with personal care, grooming, and meals, while ensuring their physical and emotional comfort throughout your shift.

The role requires an ACMA certification, with opportunities to participate in ongoing training, performance evaluations, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• ACMA certification required by state regulations.
• Experience in elder care or long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills to coordinate with health care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents.
• Provide daily care including personal hygiene, grooming, meals, and social activities.
• Monitor residents' comfort and respond to needs promptly.
• Document tasks in resident records and shift reports.
• Communicate urgent needs to Health Care Director and coordinate with next shift.
• Manage tasks efficiently within the scheduled shift.
